Can I request samples to try the products?

Of course, you can! We have samples for most of our products, and we can send them to you for free. We only ask you to cover the shipping cost.

To request them, simply send an email to info@ocarepharma.com.

Can we also buy your products at pharmacies?

Currently, you can only order our products via this webshop. The products are delivered quickly and discretely. Only in Belgium you can buy our products in specialised pharmacies.

Is delivery free of charge?

Orders worth 50 euros or more are delivered free of charge. In that case, Ocare Pharma will cover all the delivery costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer free delivery for orders below 50 euros. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination country.

How soon will I receive my order?

We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days.

Can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, send an e-mail to info@ocarepharma.com.

You can do so up to 14 days after the purchase.

Are the products tested on animals?

No, the products are not tested on animals. They are formulated with special care.

Is the packaging sustainable?

Ocare Pharma pays a lot of attention to well-thought-out packaging that is particularly convenient and hygienic. It's easy to use sparing doses. The products retain their full effect for longer due to limited contact with the air. They are specially selected for our population of users. All packaging consists of fully recyclable materials.

How should the products be stored?

Our products should be stored in a dry place, at room temperature (under 25°C) and in their original packaging.

Are the products safe?

Our products are formulated by a team of experts and manufactured in Belgium to the highest standards. All our products are approved for sale in the European Union.

Are Ocare Pharma's products also suitable for men?

Absolutely! Our products can be used by women and men. Due to their unique formulations, they do not contain any specific perfumes.

What trials have been carried out with your products?

Most of our products have been tested in a clinical trial (clintrials.gov) and approved by the ethics committee (C Care, R Care and I Care) in each instance with a specific patient population (chemotherapy, radiotherapy and immunotherapy). This occurred on an extensive trial population in a large Belgian oncology centre. These results will be published in international literature. After publication, they can be requested via the contact page.

Our products are formulated to meet international guidelines for oncological care and have been extensively tested on patients with cancer.

Are Ocare Pharma products reimbursable through my hospitalization insurance?

Some hospitalization insurance policies reimburse additional costs in case of serious illness, such as cancer, including products needed to support the treatment. Ocare Pharma products are specifically designed to address the side effects of cancer treatment on the skin and hair.

For this reason, it is definitely worth checking with your hospitalization insurance. Make sure to keep the official invoice you receive from us by email, as you will need to submit it to them.
